Tombras, a 400+ person, full-service, national advertising agency with a digital mindset, is seeking a Digital Investment Analyst.
Where you'll be working: This position will be based in our Knoxville office.
The Digital Investments Analyst will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various online platforms. This position requires an understanding of digital marketing, advertising technologies, and a keen eye for data analysis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations, and assisting in the execution of media buying strategies to drive maximum return on investment (ROI) for our clients.
\n What you'll be doing:Campaign Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including display, online video, CTV, esports, and native.Data Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.Budget Management: Collaborate with the team to develop and manage digital media budgets, ensuring effective allocation of funds across campaigns and platforms.Media Buying: Assist in negotiating media placements and rates, evaluating proposals, and coordinating the implementation of media buys to meet campaign objectives.Reporting: Generate regular reports and performance dashboards to track campaign progress, identify trends, and communicate results to internal teams and clients.Industry Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and new advertising platforms, and provide recommendations for incorporating them into client campaigns.Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account managers, media strategy, channel leads, creative teams, and data analysts, to develop integrated digital marketing strategies and ensure campaign alignment with client goals. What you bring:Digital Advertising Expertise: Familiarity of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic advertising platforms, and other relevant tools.Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in campaign setup, tracking, and reporting.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, effectively managing multiple projects and priorities.Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges and achieve campaign objectives.Adaptable and Curious: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, trends, and industry developments.Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
