Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Devon Energy is seeking a dedicated and passionate Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in Houston, Texas. This part-time entry-level position will require a minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities:- Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content- Conduct market research and analyze data to optimize campaigns- Assist in the creation of email marketing campaigns- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute innovative marketing strategies- Monitor and report on campaign performance, making recommendations for improvements- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing- Handle any other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field- 1 year of experience in digital marketing- Strong analytical and negotiation skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite- Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices- Experience with social media management platforms- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
