A Better Opportunity Better is seeking an experienced and motivated Direct Mail Marketing Manager to develop, execute, and optimize direct mail campaigns as part of our marketing strategy. Reporting directly to the VP of Growth Marketing, this role will focus on driving new customer acquisition. You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of direct mail campaigns, collaborating
with internal teams and external partners to deliver highly targeted and effective campaigns that meet growth objectives.

\n Responsibilities Lead the development, execution, and optimization of direct mail campaigns focused on acquiring new mortgage customers.Oversee the day-to-day management of direct mail operations, including creative development, production timelines, and vendor coordination.Develop and manage testing strategies to optimize targeting, messaging, and creative elements for maximum impact.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., creative, product, and analytics) to ensure direct mail efforts are aligned with overall marketing and growth strategies.Implement customer segmentation and targeting strategies to maximize response rates and drive campaign ROI.Track and report on key performance metrics, including response rates, conversion rates, and campaign ROI, to ensure growth targets are met.Oversee detailed data analysis to evaluate campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure optimization of future campaigns.Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring timely execution and quality deliverables.Collaborate with internal stakeholders across teams to ensure marketing efforts are cohesive and aligned with broader business objectives.Stay current with direct mail and marketing trends, applying industry best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.Lead A/B testing initiatives to continuously optimize creative elements, targeting, and audience segmentation.Mentor and develop junior marketing team members on best practices in direct mail and campaign management. QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.3-5 years mortgage marketing experience with a strong familiarity with related regulations and mortgage products.3-5 years of experience managing direct mail marketing campaigns larger than 2 million records per month.Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple campaigns and meeting deadlines.Experience with data analysis and performance reporting, ideally in the mortgage or financial services industry.Experience managing external vendor relationships and working with third-party partners.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence cross functional teams and senior stakeholders.Ability to think creatively and innovate within traditional direct mail strategies.
