Our client, a Life Insurance company is now urgently looking for high caliber candidate to join their team.
Job Duties
The incumbent will manage the assigned Agency Treetops ( ie Management team of sales force) and Districts to achieve the Company's KPI targets in term of agency headcount and sales. Primary accountability include: ensuring the assigned Agency Districts achieve top line KPI targets on sales, productivity and headcount
Monitor the policy persistency of the assigned agency districts
Coordinate with internal departments to provide timely and quality supports to agency channel to increase productivity, strengthen their capability and enhancing morale
Ensure the agency sales comply with regulatory requirements with sustainable growth
Design effective agency incentive scheme, sales activities, client promotion campaign in order to drive sales results
Regular meeting with agency force for transmission of company message and drive to company direction
Liaise with internal department on new products initiatives and sales support to agency business
Design and implement agency recruitment campaigns
Monitor agency operation and administration to comply with regulatory and compliance requirement
Handle agency enquiries, appeal and agency conflicts
Job Requirements
Degree holder with at least 8 years of experience in insurance industry with proven track records on agency development / agency management
Good interpersonal and presentation skills, strong business sense
Self motivated and able to work well under pressure
Fast response to market with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
