What you\'ll be doing:
Develop deep expertise in Cabots products, categories, andcompetitors through syndicated data, store visits, online research,etc.
Responsible for the development and communication of in-marketstrategy and planning with the selling teams and key retailers.
Collaborates with key internal stakeholders to analyze key businesschallenges and opportunities.
Develop product positioning and key consumer messaging to informcohesive marketing communication across consumer touchpoints.
Oversee Insights team, effectively leveraging data to uncoverinsights and drive business strategies/tactics.
Lead shopper marketing team, program, budget, and resources,including outside shopper marketing agency.
Work to drive efficiency in shopper spending to deliver strongresults in alignment with business and sales goals.
Work as liaison between sales and marketing, to ensure collaborationon account strategy and presentations, and information sharingbetween departments.
Oversee content strategy on e-commerce retailer platforms, ensuringthat Cabot is exceeding retailer standards.
Partner with Sales and others on selling stories and the developmentof strong selling tools.
Manage shopper marketing and insights budgets, and vendorrelationships.
