The Director, Business Innovations focuses on building credible and enduring client relationships centered on shared values and goals.A CourtAvenue Director, Business Innovations manages and shapes strong relationships with our clients by guiding them with a strategic understanding of their brands, business, and customer needs while implementing industry best practices, across areas of discipline, for maximum results. Within this particular role, the Director, BI will be a key member of one large client, responsible for running one holistic piece of business within the client. This body of work will consist of many moving pieces that need to be coordinated by a master collaborator and communicator.
\n Role Requirements Client Focus & Leadership Manage agency performance and maintain strong client relationships day-to-dayIdentify strategic business challenges and opportunities, while serving as a trusted partner in effective solution implementationDevelop internal account plans, engagement strategies, and applicable client proposals that leverage CourtAvenue's capabilities and best practices Communicate key client objectives across teams, establishing performance metrics to align with goalsServe as the resident expert in the client's industry, providing insights on the competitive playing field, products, services, trends and digital positioningTeam Management & Growth Champion cohesive team environments that are open and collaborative with the ability to create energy and excitement around ideas Coordinate integrated activities across agency partners, departments, and disciplines to move client business through concepting to production to launch Leverage internal financial reporting to ensure efficient workflow of the team and profitability goals are metAssess and recommend successful strategies for building efficiencies, streamlining operations and enhancing the value of the agency to the client Process Pay sharp attention to detail to ensure agency work follows best practices and leading technologiesProfessionally manage a variety of engagements while being held accountable for deliverables that are on-time, on-budget, and high-value that drive client growth Qualities and Characteristics8+ experience in running large accounts, working with senior stakeholders, and successfully organizing, managing, and delivering a diverse range of innovative projectsStrong background in collaborative agency models, bringing various external teams together to successfully bring cohesive campaigns to lifeProven ability to build and develop client relationships and communicate seamlessly across functional teams Ability to bring together all internal agency departments to solve complicated client challenges Entrepreneurial attitude partnered with a strong business acumenExceptional communication skills; confident in strategic discussions and presentations with clients and stakeholdersExcellence in organization and management; conscientious, adept at resolving issues at all project stages, while supporting colleagues and clients
