About the Role:
We are seeking an operationally-minded and customer focused Director to lead and scale our Engagement Management practice. In this role, you will oversee a team of Engagement Managers who are project managers responsible for driving implementation delivery and optimization services for our enterprise customers.This role requires both leadership and hands-on engagement and you will be expectedto oversee the portfolio of customer projects within a region while directly leading or advising on engagements (with a target billable utilization).

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading complex projects, strong people management skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer outcomes. 

Responsibilities:
Practice Ownership:
Lead the development and implementation of project management best practices, methodologies, and tools across the organization. 
Own operational metrics, such as time-to-value, customer satisfaction and on-time completion of projects and ensure team members are meeting billable utilization targets and other established KPIs.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency through continuous improvement programs. 
Own and execute leadership-defined strategic initiatives to support business growth and organizational expansion.

People Leadership:
Ensure your team of Engagement Managers meet or exceed expectations in completing projects successfully while meeting revenue targets and delivering business outcomes with a high level of customer satisfaction.
Ensure Engagement Managers are adhering to established processes and project data, financials and status is updated accurately and on-time. 
Participate in resource planning, resourcing allocation and capacity planning.
Implement strategies for knowledge management, practice development, and continuous enablement in line with the greater Solution Delivery enablement strategy.
Create a high-performance culture by performing on-going coaching,providing timely feedbackand partnering with team members on development plans & career paths.

Customer Focus:
Build strong customer relationships and understand their evolving needs.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences through solution-driven approaches and, where required, executive sponsorship and engagement escalation management.
Ensure all Engagement Managers are leading implementation engagements to meet customer expectations, drive customer satisfaction, and unlock the value of our customer's investments in Eightfold solutions. 
Act as the lead for assigned implementation project(s) and actively program manage to ensure on-time, on-budget and high-quality delivery of implementations.

Qualifications:
10+ years of professional services, project management, or consulting experience.
A bachelor's degree in business, technology or a related field.
A proven track record in a similar leadership role focusing on enterprise SaaS implementation and project management.
Experience with HRIS and Talent Intelligence solutions implementation strongly preferred.
Experience with AI based technologies preferred.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization, both internally and externally.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Starting February 1, 2024, employees residing near Santa Clara, California, or our Bangalore and Noida offices in India will return to the office twice a week.

*Please note this role is open to all US locations except for SF Bay Area, CA and NYC, NY and categorized as remote. The base salary range below is provided for pay transparency. Base pay is only one piece of our total compensation package as this role may be eligible for bonuses and equity awards. Compensation varies depending on a number of factors including qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience. Zone is determined by location. 

Zone B: All US locations except for SF Bay Area, CA and NYC, NY: Base Salary: $192,000 to $226,000
