Position Overview: The Director of Enterprise Applications oversees the strategic management and delivery of all business applications on a global scale.
This role is crucial for ensuring systems such as BI, MDM, CRM, web/mobile platforms, and AI/ML technologies are seamlessly integrated, optimized, and aligned with core business processes.
The director is responsible for leading digital transformation initiatives, including the implementation of advanced systems like QMS (Quality Management System), labeling, barcoding, warehouse management, and MES (Manufacturing Execution System), to enhance operational efficiency and compliance across international markets including the US, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC.
Tasked with bridging the gap between technology solutions and business needs, the director collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, improve user experience, and ensure technology adoption.
