General Summary: Roles & Responsibilities: Track and analyze China's industry policies that are relevant for QC's business interests, including 5G, AI, mmW and spectrum, etc., and keep internal stakeholders timely informed.Develop and maintain central government and industry relations, including but not limited to NDRC, MIIT, MOST, SRTC and the related industry associations.Support BU's business priorities e.g. type approval, business development, government meeting and crisis management.Manage government events and executive visits and coordinate the participations by internal and external stakeholders.Develop briefings and prepare speech transcripts for Corporate and China executives.Key Requirements: At least 10 years of GA experiences in large MNCs and/or international organizations.Strong government connections and analytical skills.Crisis management and coordination skills for government meetings and large government events.Both individual and team player, with self-driven motivation for successes.Strong oral and written English skills.Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Government Affairs, Business, Political Science, Public Policy, Public Affairs, Engineering, Legal, or related field.7+ years of Government Affairs, Communications, Industry Associations, or related work experience.All Qualcomm employees are expected to actively support diversity on their teams, and in the Company.
