How you will create an impact
North America Claims Operations provides support to the North America Claims organization in thought leadership and coordination across IT, Global CoE, legal, Finance, and strategic partners to Improve Outcomes, execute on initiatives and provide excellent customer service.
As Director - North America Claims Operations, you will be responsible for managing all non-technical claims aspects of operations for the North America Claims line of business. In this critical role, you will partner with the business leadership team and functional support teams across the Claims organization to execute business and operational strategies, driving growth and efficiencies across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
Align individual line of business (LOB) / geography vision and needs to NAM Claims objectives, define plans to drive forward progress and improvement.
Drive a continuous improvement culture and initiatives across GI Claims, engaging closely with various key stakeholders and leaders.
Execute relevant GI Claims strategies, managing costs, timelines, quality, and providing excellent customer service.
Enable operational efficiencies by defining and implementing standard processes and tools.
Identify opportunities and develop novel solutions for material improvements.
Work closely with strategic partners, including IT, to ensure strong performance across NAM Claims.
Lead, coach, and optimize talent and ensure succession planning.
