Director of Finance up to $230k + bonus & benefits We are looking for an experienced Director of Finance to become a key part of our team.

Responsibilities: Supervise corporate accounting, financial reporting, and tax filings for corporate entities, private equity, and real estate investments. Lead the financial accounting and reporting of the company's real estate funds. Manage a team including Corporate Controller, AP Manager, and AR Manager. Assist with capital planning, acquisitions, dispositions, joint venture structuring, and debt covenant compliance. Oversee corporate cash flow, payroll funding, invoice approvals, and owner distributions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. CPA preferred. 10+ years in real estate finance with public/private mix preferred, especially in accounting structures, fund setups, and compliance.
