We're looking for passionate, dedicated, innovative game-changers to join our team and drive the future of Gurobi.  The Position:  As the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) at Gurobi Optimization, you will be a key finance team member responsible for guiding our financial strategy and supporting the overall business objectives. In this strategic role, you will lead the FP&A function, transforming financial data into actionable insights that drive decision-making and enhance organizational performance. Your expertise in financial modeling, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration will be essential in positioning Gurobi Optimization for sustainable growth and competitive advantage. 
\n What You Will be Doing? Strategic Leadership: Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, working closely with department heads to establish and achieve accurate financial targets aligned with organizational goals. Business Partnership: Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to provide strategic financial insights, ensuring that financial considerations are integrated into critical business decisions and initiatives. Advanced Financial Modeling: Develop robust financial models and perform scenario analysis to evaluate business initiatives, investments, and potential risks, providing insights that inform executive decision-making. Performance Analysis: Deliver in-depth financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior management based on thorough analyses of financial data and market trends, influencing long-term business planning. KPI Development: Design, implement, and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to effectively track business performance, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organization. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and optimize resource allocation, ensuring alignment with financial objectives. Executive Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and strategic presentations to executives and stakeholders, highlighting key findings, actionable insights, and recommendations for informed decision-making.  What Experience and Qualifications Should you Have? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 7+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis in a software/SAAS environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.  What Skills and Abilities Should you Have? Demonstrated experience with SAAS subscription revenue model and customer retention reporting. Proven experience leading a company through acquisitions, providing strategic financial guidance and integration support. Advanced proficiency in Excel for complex financial analysis and reporting, with strong familiarity with financial modeling techniques. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex financial information and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Experience with Anaplan or similar systems for financial planning, modeling, and reporting is highly desirable.  What other requirements should you have?
