Our client, a luxury 234 room hotel located near Central Park is looking for a seasoned, insightful, and innovative Director of Front Office. This leadership role requires a strategic mindset, a strong dedication to exceptional guest service, and a collaborative approach to ensure smooth, efficient operations. This individual must have a clear understanding of Union--Local 6 guidelines. $95,000 - $100,000 Responsibilities: Oversee the entire guest experience, ensuring excellence from arrival to departure. Manage and uphold brand standards in all aspects of front office operations, ensuring team members consistently deliver exceptional service. Develop and implement strategies to optimize guest satisfaction, including training and coaching for team members. Maintain accountability for the operational and financial performance of the front office department. Coordinate closely with other department leaders to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any issues efficiently. Analyze guest feedback and operational metrics to continuously improve services and identify areas for growth. Lead, motivate, and support the front office team, fostering a culture of collaboration, respect, and dedication to the guest experience. Flexibly respond to the demands of a 24-hour operation, ensuring that service is always prompt and professional. Requirements: Minimum of 4 years of experience in a luxury hotel operations, ideally within the rooms division. Must prior Union—Local 6, experience. Proven leadership ability with a track record of enhancing guest and team member engagement. Strong communication skills and a detail-oriented approach to operational oversight.
