Create repeatable processes and templatized approaches to bringing new companies onto the Earned platform - including project plans, cross-functional team structure, communications plans and messaging
Assess and recommend project management/CRM software to manage the M&A-to-integrations transition and ongoing management
Design a tight handoff process from the M&A team to integrations work, ensuring a rapid transition between deal-close and new acquisition onboarding to Earned
Scale our integrations process and team to meet the demands of a growing M&A pipeline
Define the KPIs against which we will measure integration success
Inform the governance to manage an increasingly complex pipeline of acquired assets at different stages of the integration process
Contribute to Board and other external stakeholder reporting

Trusted to navigate sensitive situations
Strong communicator - able to communicate at the vision level (regrounding in why we are excited for new companies to join Earned) and also at an executional level against our integration plan
