Compensation:

$80K pr/yr

Facility in Sussex County, NJ

that is seeking a Director of Maintenance
Director of Maintenance Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and direct the overall operations of the maintenance department
Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program for all equipment and systems
Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements, including OSHA and local health codes
Supervise, train, and evaluate maintenance staff
Manage work orders and ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks
Coordinate with other departments to address maintenance needs and ensure minimal disruption to residents
Oversee maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other critical systems
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and regulatory compliance
Manage maintenance budget and inventory of supplies and equipment
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and situations
