DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include: STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan that aligns with the school's mission and educational goals. Collaborate with the Leadership Council and the marketing committee to define marketing and communication priorities. BRAND MANAGEMENT Oversee the development and management of the school's brand identity to ensure consistency across all platforms and materials. CONTENT MARKETING Author new content and communications in collaboration with the Leadership Council and other departments. DIGITAL MARKETING Oversee the school's online presence, including the website, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns working in collaboration with the Digital Media Manager Analyze digital marketing data to guide strategy adjustments. COMMUNITY OUTREACH Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, educational consultants, and other educational institutions to enhance community engagement, create partnership opportunities, and boost enrollment inquiries. ADMISSIONS MARKETING Work closely with the Enrollment Office to develop marketing strategies that attract and retain students. DEVELOPMENT & FUNDRAISING MARKETING Work with the Philanthropy Office to establish marketing programs that support and expand development and fundraising opportunities. EVENT MANAGEMENT Plan and oversee the execution of school events in collaboration with the Leadership Council, the Enrollment Office and Philanthropy Office, ensuring they effectively communicate the school's mission and engage the community. PUBLIC RELATIONS Serve as the primary media contact, in coordination with the Executive Director (the school's spokesperson) managing all public relations activities and enhancing the school's public profile. TEAM LEADERSHIP Lead and mentor the marketing team, setting clear goals and expectations, and fostering an environment of creativity and professional growth. BUDGETING Effectively manage the school's overall marketing and advertising budget. QUALIFICATIONS The successful candidate will possess the following skills, abilities, and qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred Minimum of five years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in an educational or non-profit setting Strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing strategies Excellent leadership skills with experience managing a team Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms IE CRM, Marketing Automation, etc Ability to work collaboratively with various internal and external stakeholder To be considered for the Director of Marketing and Engagement position, please submit a letter of interest, a resume, and contact information for three references to our Employment Page .
