Online Social Media Manager

Job Description:

Reliance Steel & Aluminum is seeking a talented and experienced Online Social Media Manager to join our team in New York City, New York. As the Online Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy across various platforms to increase brand awareness, engage with customers, and drive traffic to our website.

Responsibilities:- Develop and manage social media campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms- Monitor and analyze social media trends and performance metrics- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaigns- Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts and responding to comments and messages- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure brand consistency across all platforms

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management- Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Energetic and resilient personality traits- Strong planning and people management skills- Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus
