Manage the company's online presence, including website design, SEO, and social media. Utilize data-driven insights to improve online visibility and engagement. Inspire and motivate the marketing team to achieve their best performance. Organize, plan, and oversee the team's activities to meet goals. Hold the team accountable for their responsibilities and deliverables. Essential Duties: Formulate, direct, or coordinate marketing activities or policies to promote products or services. Compile lists describing product or service offerings. Direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing or graphic design staff. Consult with product development personnel on product specifications such as design, color, or packaging. Coordinate or participate in promotional activities or trade shows. Resolve problems like copyright infringement or royalty sharing with legal staff. Recommend product or process modifications to improve environmental soundness or sustainability.
