This full-time position offers competitive pay, generous benefits and a supportive work environment. We are seeking a Director for our Quality Management Department. The Director will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and evaluating the agency's Quality, Safety, Risk Management, and Infection Control Programs to meet and promote standards of quality and contribute to the agency's mission and goals in compliance with organization policies and procedures and applicable laws and regulations.

By the Bay Health follows all CDPH vaccine requirements for healthcare personnel. Essential Duties & Responsibilities include(but are not limited to):

Ensure processes are in place to monitor and measure all activities related to performance improvement. Provide direction and coordination of quality improvement activities utilizing continuous quality improvement principles and methodologies. Coordinate activities related to medical record review for data collection. Compile, trend, and report quality data in the following areas: patient care, safety, risk management, infection control, outcomes, and client satisfaction. Work collaboratively with department managers, clinical supervisors, and staff to ensure documentation is complete and consistent with care and reflects legal requirements. Ensure that agency forms and electronic documentation forms comply with all licensing and accreditation bodies. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in health care-related field. Master's degree in health care-related field preferred. Minimum two years' experience in quality management in a health care setting, preferably in hospice care, and five years' experience managing a quality management or clinical operations department or function. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Active licensure as applicable to clinical health care profession, e.g., Registered Nurse with current license to practice in the State of California. Current California Driver's License and automobile insurance that meets State of California requirements, if driving a car. Pay Range:
$130,000 - $170,000 annually
