Director Of Recruiting

The role will report to the executive leadership team and be an active participant in broader strategic decision making. Responsibilities: Optimize the recruiting process for candidate experience as well as for operations support Develop and mentor team members Partner with operations on key initiatives and help to drive Key Performance Indicators Proactively identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit Build and foster external relationships with universities, local organizations, and alumni groups Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and meet company goals while supplying expertise and guidance on operations projects and systems. Identify, recommend, and implement new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes Review and approve cost-control reports, cost estimates, and staffing requirements for project Present periodic performance reports and metrics to the executive leadership team Requirements: Bachelor's Degree, MBA a plus Experience as a Recruiting Director or Director of Talent Acquisition required Strong supervisory and leadership skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly motivated and able to adapt to change
