Care Director, you are responsible for the oversight of the daily clinical and administrative operations of the Residential Care department to assure that each resident receives the necessary care and services to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental and psychosocial well-being, in accordance with their comprehensive plan of care and State regulations.    Sign-On Bonus - $5,000.00 * Must hold a valid state nursing license. ** LPN rates - $30-$38 DOE ** RN rates - up to $41.50 DOE    Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of nurses and support staff within the unit Develop and implement care plans, ensuring individualized resident care Supervise daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation Conduct regular assessments to maintain quality standards and compliance Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to nursing staff Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident well-being If you are an experienced nursing professional with a passion for leading others in an environment where your expertise and dedication are valued and appreciated, we invite you to join our team as a Res.
