Role Summary:As the Director of Sales, you'll be a driving force behind our growth with healthcare providers. We're seeking a dynamic and resourceful individual who thrives in an environment where grit, adaptability, and personal initiative are key. Your role will be to capitalize on your existing healthcare provider contacts and industry know-how to generate leads, close deals, and expand our customer base. If you're a self-starter who can navigate challenges and seize opportunities with confidence, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets and objectives.Leverage your industry experience and network to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital administrators, supply chain and finance leadership, and decision-makers.Take ownership of the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, demonstrating resourcefulness and persistence along the way.Collaborate closely with the product team to gather customer feedback and shape product development efforts.Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform strategic decision-making.Represent OpenMarkets at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and solutions.Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare, preferably in business development, sales, or customer success.Proven track record of success in generating leads, closing deals, and exceeding sales targets.Strong network of contacts within the healthcare sector, with a deep understanding of industry dynamics.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated with a knack for problem-solving and taking initiative.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with limited formal training and marketing support.We want everyone OpenMarkets is an equal opportunity employer.
