Job Title: Director of Strategic Partnerships
Location: Tampa, Florida - Hybrid

As the Director of Strategic Partnerships, you will lead efforts to identify, develop, and manage relationships with state and local government customers, as well as clients in public safety, transportation, healthcare, and commercial services sectors. This role is critical in driving growth, expanding our brand presence, and fostering long-term value through strategic alliances. With a focus on IT and AV integration services and products, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage existing partnerships, explore new markets, and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities to achieve organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
· Identify and develop new business opportunities within state and local government, public safety, transportation, healthcare, and commercial services sectors.
· Expand the company's brand presence through strategic initiatives and industry engagement.
· Develop and maintain a pipeline of opportunities for Information Technology, Communications, and Audio Visual (ITC/AV) integration services and products.
· Lead cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to align goals and execute strategies.
· Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing partners to maximize mutual success.
· Align partnership strategies with company objectives and provide actionable recommendations.
· Design and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue in target markets.
· Explore new markets and assess opportunities for expansion into new regions or service areas.
· Collaborate with product development teams to tailor ITC/AV offerings to meet the needs of diverse clients.
· Serve as a liaison between internal teams to ensure cohesive strategies and efficient workflows.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, delivering compelling presentations and proposals.
· Develop tailored approaches to initiate and formalize strategic alliances.
Desired Qualifications:
· Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or related roles, preferably within the government, public safety, healthcare, or commercial services sectors.
· Strong understanding of state and local government procurement processes and regulations.
· Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
· Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
· Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a track record of meeting or exceeding business goals.
Education:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Public Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
· Additional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
