The Role You will be responsible for driving the growth of cross-functional capabilities across Veeva's Industry Cloud, maximizing the value of Veeva's 40+ applications. You will develop and execute the vision for a new group called Vault for Enterprise, championing cross-business processes, workflow automation, and common data standards. This role requires a deep understanding of life sciences industry, strong strategic thinking, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
\n What You'll DoDevelop, execute, and communicate the market vision for Vault for EnterpriseDefine standard data and processes across applicationsCollaborate with product teams to guide the development of new functionalityProvide thought leadership and sales support to drive adoption of Vault applicationsTranslate technical capabilities into tangible business benefitsCreate value-oriented materials and strategies to educate the industryPresent at industry conferences including Veeva Summit, lead webinars, and author articles to champion cross-functional best practices Requirements5+ years of direct strategy or consulting experience at a technology or management consulting firm, or at an enterprise software companyDeep expertise in life sciences or healthcare, with at least one core competency (e.g. clinical, quality, regulatory)Hands on experience building or implementing metadata-based software platformsProven track record of successfully bringing new products or offerings to marketExcellent written and verbal communication skills for executive audiencesAbility to develop relationships with IT & business leadersExperience leading cross-functional teamsTravel up to 25% Nice to HaveExperience presenting at industry conferences Perks & BenefitsMedical, dental, vision, and basic life insuranceFlexible PTO and company paid holidaysRetirement programs1% charitable giving program CompensationBase pay: $125,000 - $300,000The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
