Position Summary: The mission of the Director of Summer Camps is to oversee and manage the MASC program, staff, and support structure by developing and implementing a strategy with maximum impact in the three priority outcomes. Key Result Areas: Summer Camps Program Management: Ensures that all program elements are successfully implemented and managed.Recruit, Lead, and Manage Staff: Recruits, trains, and manages full-time Summer Camps staff and takes ownership of meeting recruiting goals for Summer Camps part-time staff.Safety & Compliance: Ensures full compliance with all safety and programmatic procedures as prescribed through the program development department and any state licensing requirements if applicable.Strategic Partnerships & Community Engagement: Maintains positive relationships with key stakeholders in the community, internally, cross-departmentally, and across regions. Mentoring Alliance matches employee contributions up to 4%. Employees receive 17 days of PTO in their first year and receive an additional 5 days on their 1-year anniversary and every 5 years after that. PTO days in your first year of employment may be prorated based on which month you begin. We value talented employees and we want them on staff for a long time. After 5 years of service, MA gives full-time employees 30 consecutive days off along with a stipend to reflect, get some development, and be spiritually rejuvenated to continue in ministry. Mentoring Alliance pays up to $3,000 per calendar year for educational reimbursement to qualifying employees. Do you have school-aged children? We've got you covered.
