As a direct report to the CAO, you will be responsible for overall liquidity management, interest rate management, capital deployment, debt covenant compliance, and implementation of new treasury policies.
Responsibilities Ensure compliance with existing covenants using knowledge of all financial and credit agreement terms.Evaluate, develop, implement and monitor cash management systems to optimize efficiencies.Maintain weekly cash forecast.Manage interest expense planning, forecasting, and reporting.Understand, manage, and supervise all aspects of company cash flow.Manage merchant bank processing and money transmitter banks.Compile financial estimates and draft bank compliance package.Support funds flow and other M&A transaction requirements.Manage Company money order lockbox processing department to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and contractual SLAs.Recommend, implement, and maintain process improvements.Perform other related duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: A proven ability to lead teams and collaborate across functional areas within a large organization.Solid accounting skills and familiarity working with accounting teams.Expert experience in Excel.Strong analytical experience and knowledge.Ability to work with senior executives under time pressure.Ability to present to a large and sophisticated financial audience.Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED.10+ years of relevant work experience, including in finance/accounting, investment banking, or similar environment to include:5+ years' experience leading, coaching, and developing staff.3+ years of experience in a similar role for a private equity owned or public company.Extensive experience in preparing cash forecasts and cash flow analyses.Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.Prior experience in banking and/or finance a strong plus.Proficient in data retrieval applications such as TM1/Anaplan.Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and a variety of office equipment.
