What we're looking for We seek a dynamic and results-driven Director of Product to lead our growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will deeply understand the PLG model and have a proven track record in driving user acquisition, engagement, conversion, monetization, and retention through product optimization.
What you'll be working on Develop and execute comprehensive product growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention, and monetization.Take ownership and accountability for business metrics driven by funnel improvement.Utilize data analytics and user insights to identify growth opportunities and inform product decisions.Implement analytical best practices to guide product decisions and drive business acceleration.Oversee our in-house experiments platform and promote a culture of experimentation.Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Sales teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of growth initiatives.Mentor and build a high-performing growth team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.We'd love to hear from people with 10+ years of Product Management experience, with 3+ years focused on Growth initiatives.Proven leadership in building and managing world-class teams.Strong expertise in overseeing the acquisition, conversion, monetization, and retention funnel within a PLG or B2C business.Knowledge of subscription-based software.Proven success in driving measurable business outcomes through customer-driven and financial metrics.Experience developing personalization strategies to optimize user flows for targeted use cases or customer profiles.International business perspective to drive a global strategy.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in A/B testing methodologies, cohort analysis, segmentation, and statistical analysis.Commitment to cross-functional teamwork, with a track record of hiring and retaining top talent.The base pay provided for this position ranges from $200,090 / year - $300,840 / year depending on the geographic market and assuming a full-time schedule.
