Reporting to the VP of Product, Member Experience, you will directly lead a team of Product Managers focused on optimizing the member journey, from acquisition to engagement and recovery.
Your primary focus will be driving growth initiatives, but you will also oversee key aspects of the core member experience and ensure that foundational product features align with and support growth objectives.
You will work cross-functionally to identify and drive growth opportunities across the member funnel, and shape both growth initiatives and core product initiatives to delight our members, drive engagement, and deliver value to our customers.
What you'll be doing: Lead cross-functional teams of product managers, lifecycle marketers, designers, and engineers to prioritize and deliver high-impact growth experiments and initiatives, driving measurable business outcomes.Manage a high-performing product team through effective leadership, feedback, and a focus on innovation, experimentation, collaboration, and accountability.Own the product roadmap for your teams, ensuring alignment with Spring Health's product strategy and business goals, and balancing growth initiatives with other enhancements that delight our members and customers.Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Revenue, Finance, and Analytics teams to continually understand and optimize funnel performance.Leverage data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities, run rapid experiments to test hypotheses, and scale successful initiatives for maximum impact.Actively incorporate customer and member feedback, industry trends, and emerging technologies into your product strategy.Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and optimize the effectiveness of initiatives.What we expect from you: Aligned to our mission: to eliminate every barrier to mental health.Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.7+ years of product management experience, preferably in digital health or b2b2c environments.Deep expertise in growth product management, funnel optimization, experimentation, and data-driven product decision-making, with a proven track record of optimizing and growing consumer-facing products and services.3+ years managing high-performing product teams.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills, with a focus on driving measurable results.Self-starter with a strong bias to action and the ability to navigate ambiguity.Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Excellent collaboration and communication skills, including leading cross-functional growth initiatives and crafting compelling narratives for stakeholders, including executive leadership, customers, and partners.Demonstrated commitment to cultivating an environment of safety, trust, and inclusion and building diverse, thriving teams.Ready to do the most impactful work of your life?
