Title and Summary
The Director, Product Management plays a key role in the Global Portfolio Optimization (GPO) team. This lead is responsible to drive enablement of portfolio performance management by leveraging advanced analytics to prioritize and accelerate opportunity conversion at scale.
Main Responsibilities:
Member of GPO Target Team (Insights, Analytics Data, Performance, KPIs)
Key Contributor of Key/Strategic Methodology Stage and Assets of Portfolio Optimization Methodology (Business Performance Management/Data/Insights/Data Anchored Value for Customers)
Drive/Support Development of Performance Analytics capabilities & tools
Deliver BAU Performance Analytics output and develop new capabilities, expanded scope/KPIs, etc. Leveraging research, analytics and industry insights to create value for clients
Delivery of Annual Portfolio Optimization Opportunity Sizing & Prioritization Output & Packaging/Maintenance
Data Visualization of Data Output & Efficient Delivery of output to Key Regional & Functional Stakeholders
Global KPI Definition, Management & Insight & Recommendations Development- Identify, prioritize the challenges that stand in the way of customer efficiency, growth and sustainability.
Develop Custom Analytics for Strategic Efforts (Key Customers, Markets, Segments, etc)
Key Stakeholder engagement to support Insights & Analytics needs for Strategic Engagements/Regions/Functional Teams & Priorities
Develop/Innovate/Enhance value generation by leveraging Data/Insights/Analytics
Main Requirements for the Role:
Strong Analytical/Data Skills, Experience with Benchmark Analytics a plus. Understanding of Data Management and Evolution of Solutions (Dashboards, Data Automation, Capability development, etc)
Leadership, Strong Business Acumen, Partnership/Collaborative Approach
Understanding of Customer (Issuer) Needs, how do we leverage Data/Benchmark Analytics to drive performance management opportunity conversion
Solid Data Visualization & Data Packaging & Key Insights Delivery
Superior Thought Leadership - Strategic & Conceptual Thinking with strength in Management of Key Initiatives and a results-driven/executional Mindset.
Ideally has understanding of Product Management & Consultative Sales/Enablement
Very Strong Communication Skills, Ability to simplify complex context/technical solutions
Agile, Flexible, Results Oriented.
Very strong interpersonal skills, covering but not limited to ability to lead cross-functional teams/efforts, manage internal stakeholders

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
