Responsabilidades:
Job Purpose The Dishwasher is responsible for ensuring the kitchen has a steady supply of clean plates, bowls, silverware, pots, pans, and glasses for the guests and members The ideal candidate can handle working in a bustling, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into dish machineWash and sanitize all pans, utensils, and dishesClean, sanitize, and maintain dish machineUnload dishes and utensils from dish machine and organize them properlySetup or break down dishwashing areaSweep/mop floorsMaintain a clean work area and kitchen by sweeping and mopping as neededPerform additional cleaning duties as requestedClean food prep stations and equipmentClean machines and appliances used in the kitchen like coffee makers, pots and pans, mixers, etc.Take out trash and rinse garbage cansReport kitchen accidents or violations of food safety codes and procedures
