Make sure the right technicians get to the right jobs on time, prepared, and informed Answer incoming calls, emails, and other requests projecting a professional, memorable image Make outbound calls to book, confirm, reschedule, and survey existing and potential customers Maximize opportunities through dispatching processes and adhering to the company expectations and goals Support for overflow from Customer Service Representatives Qualifications
Demonstrates Hero core values at a high level (T.R.U.E.)
