This role is key to establishing the foundation for a successful customer experience. The Dispatcher is expected to perform effectively in an environment where priorities can change and learning on the job is never-ending. The Dispatcher is responsible for staying aware of Wisler technician competencies, geographic dynamics, and how best to interact with each technician to ensure the customer's needs are met. Below are the essential job duties of this role:
Dispatch all types of calls in a manner that results in the highest technician productivity and customer satisfactionConsistently contact each customer before dispatching the technician and follow through on required communications and debriefingsProactively record and maintain accurate dispatch records, document customer communications and provide follow-through on administrative tasks to ensure operational optimization.1+ years of Dispatching experience preferredSuccessfully pass a drug testMaintain a clean criminal backgroundPreferably have a prior call center or dispatcher experienceWillingly commit to working 40 hours a week on-site in our call centerBe available for on-call duties once a month after regular hours to remotely answer phones.We are open to training individuals from scratch if a solid candidate is identifiedAuthorized to work in the U.S. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
