OverviewRed Coats, Inc., a large commercial cleaning service provider, is seeking a Division Manager for our Bethesda office.
The Division Manager plays a vital role in helping plan, coordinate, and direct Regional Management staff to ensure compliance with contract guidelines and customer satisfaction.
This position reports to the Vice President and is a key position in the department.
As such, the employee is expected and required to build trust, collaborate with others, communicate effectively, deliver on time, mentor, lead their subordinates, and foster innovation.
