This is a full-time Dispatcher position with Top Tier Delivery Service, Inc.
The Dispatcher reports to the Manager/Owner.
Daily duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to, coordinating, planning and supervising successful package delivery activities and on the road safety operations of our Delivery Associate team.
This position will also align, coordinate and work with Amazon staff and other company departments to execute said duties and responsibilities when necessary.

Functions and Responsibilities:
•Execute a checklist to initiate and complete daily morning Load Out routine to ensure all company assigned packages are received, all delivery routes are covered with drivers and are on the road delivering.
•Supervise and monitor all on the road drivers for safety and delivery success utilizing company resources and tools.
•Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with drivers, Amazon staff and company management both orally and in writing.
•Ability to efficiently manage a large volume of incoming calls, texts, chat and email messages.
•Ability to provide accurate, valid and complete information for every delivery.
Be solution oriented and effectively utilize company resources and tools to help continuously, train, monitor, coach and advise drivers.
Successfully resolve on the road driver accidents, incidents, driving safety issues, mapping, routing, problem packages and delivery issues.
•Ability to plan, organize and roster driver assignments to cover delivery routes.
•Accurately compile and complete Daily Roster Log for driver record keeping.
•Efficiently route drivers to minimize on the road time.
•Ensure drivers exceed company performance standards and comply with all company policies and procedures.
•Ability to prepare written reports and materials as needed, when needed.
•Prepare and submit driver performance recommendations (positive & negative) to Manager.
•Execute a checklist to complete daily evening Close Out routine ensuring all company assigned packages have been delivered successfully and all drivers are off the road safely.
Qualifications & Requirements:
•Minimum 6 months of exceptional Amazon DSP delivery experience.
•Minimum 6 months last mile delivery or Amazon DSP Dispatcher experience preferred.
•Must have a valid Class C Non-CDL or higher.
•Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening.
•Must have a clean motor vehicle report.
•Some college preferred.
•Ability to successfully work independently with minimal supervision.
•Ability to work a flexible shift (including early mornings, late evenings and weekends).
•Have the flexibility to adjust hours to meet operating needs.
•Basic computer operation, programs software and office equipment knowledge (Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, Gmail, printer, messaging apps, Android phone apps, GPS systems, etc.)
•Exceptional organization, time management, without losing attention to detail.
•Good problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills
•Active listener with excellent communication skills (orally & written)
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure while exercising sound judgement within established guidelines at all times.
•Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees, company partners and vendors.
•Be professional in dress, speech and manners.
•Demonstrated record of good work attendance and reliability.
•Must have/own reliable transportation.

•Morning Shift: 9am - 7:30pm (10-hour shift)
•Evening Shift: 11:30am - 10:00pm (10-hour shift)
