Description Reporting to: Director of Marketing & Communications

Location: New York Showroom

Job Summary:

The E-Comm Photographer Production Associate will support the Marketing team, primarily assisting the Director of Marketing & Communications in ensuring a smooth workflow and timely execution of creative campaigns.


The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, detail-oriented and resolution-minded team player, having excellent time-management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities: Support the planning and execution of all productions, including ecommerce, look-book, and campaign, from concept to completion Ensure that all content is produced on time, within budget and to a high standard of quality and consistency Create and oversee the content calendar: schedule shoot dates, styling sessions, and fitting appointments Partner with design and marketing teams to brainstorm and develop briefs, timelines, and schedules that align with brand objectives for all projects Execution all pre-production and production logistics, including scheduling, budgeting, talent booking and negotiation, model casting, location scouting, fittings, glam, catering, call-sheets Function as the main point of contact for external partners, including studios, photographers, stylists, models, agents, etc.
providing direction and guidance to ensure the successful execution of creative concepts.
Oversee on-set operations, ensuring a smooth workflow, timely execution, and adherence to creative direction Ensure that post-production deadlines are met by aligning with the team's schedule.
Review and approve all final images to ensure that they meet the brand's standards for quality, composition, and style Provide feedback and direction to photographers and re-touchers to achieve the desired look and feel for each project Qualifications3-5 years of E-Comm Photographer Production experience in Wholesale or Retail, along with general knowledge of the fashion industry Excellent verbal, written communication skills, along with strong organizational and time management skills Proactive, enthusiastic and flexible nature with the ability to recognize and react to changing work demands Proficient knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, MS Office (MS Excel in particular) Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Fashion Marketing or relevant field
