About this opportunity 

Our Innovate Graduate Technology Program will give you an outstanding opportunity to understand and take part in shaping our technology leadership and is the perfect fit for you who have a diligent, innovative, and creative approach.
As part of the Innovate programs you will be curious about how the next generation of technology will shape and influence the way we all live and work. You'll collaborate with them to solve some of the most challenging issues faced by our customers to ensure everyone worldwide is connected.
Your journey into the Innovate Program will start as a Customer Solutions Manager - GCU AT&T in Plano, Texas. 

Early Career Program | Innovate

We'll give you an 18-month development program and you'll use your experience to educate and connect the world. There will be a six-month international rotation, most likely in Sweden, as part of this program.
We'll provide you with the chance to work with like-minded people who are pioneers in our business and advanced thinkers in their chosen field. You'll collaborate with them to solve some of the most challenging issues faced by our customers.
We'll offer work with world-leading teams in Mobile Networks, Broadcasting, Cloud and Information Communication Technology. You'll try new ways of working and innovate the future.

About us

At GCU AT&T at Ericsson in Plano, we are a unit of customer solution managers supporting AT&T, one of the largest communication service providers in the world. 

You will
Understand Ericsson portfolio and seek opportunities of applying AI in telecommunication together with our customers to achieve improved performance and operational efficiencies.
Develop and articulate a comprehensive AI strategy that aligns overarching business objectives and enhances competitive advantage.
Communicate with customers to understand their requirements, engage in strategic discussions and influence customers toward AI portfolio.
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
Establish and nurture partnerships with external stakeholders, including technology vendors, research institutions, and industry leaders.
Act as a thought leader and advocate for AI within the organization, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Measure and report on the impact of AI initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to optimize performance and ROI.

You will have
Education: B.SC/M.SC. in computer science, electrical engineering or similar.
Recent graduate with around 2 years work experience.
Knowledge or experience of telecommunications industry would be preferred.
Passionate about AI technologies, good understanding of supervised learning, unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, and large language model, etc. and their application in business contexts. Proven track record of applying AI in industry use cases is highly desirable. 
A global perspective and willingness to relocate internationally for a rotation and other opportunities.

Great communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels of the organization. 
A team player and have genuine interest in people with different background and cultures
Capability to lead during ambiguous, complex and constantly changing circumstances.

Interest in experimentation and innovation with the ability to think creatively and be well adapted to change
Solid networking, collaboration and communication skills and proficiency in English
