Our Exciting Opportunity
Our Excellerate Global Leadership Program will give you an outstanding opportunity to engage with commercial projects at a strategic and global level, rising up to challenges and becoming and developing as a leader.
As part of the Excellerate program you are able to seize the initiative, operate with a consultative approach and collaborate on cross-technology solutions. The program will ensure you gain real practical insight into our business, our stakeholders and our customers including communication service providers (CSP) across the globe, and how we integrate end-to-end solutions to ensure everyone worldwide is connected.
Your journey within the Excellerate Program will start as a Project Controller. There will be a six-month international rotation, most likely in Sweden, as part of this program.
You will do:
The recruitment of a new Project Controller aims to address several key business challenges and drive impactful change within the organization. Some of the primary business problems this new hire will help solve include:
Financial Insight and Control:The organization seeks to enhance its financial insight and control for customer programs and projects. The new Project Controller will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive financial analysis, risk management, and control measures to ensure the financial success of these initiatives.
Risk Mitigation:There is a need to strengthen the identification, assessment, and mitigation of financial risks associated with projects. The new hire will be expected to proactively identify potential risks, propose mitigating strategies, and ensure that risk management practices are effectively implemented.
Operational Efficiency:The organization aims to enhance operational and financial alignment within project management. The new Project Controller will be instrumental in optimizing financial performance, cost control, revenue planning, and ensuring efficient project setup and structuring.
Collaborative Leadership:The individual will have the opportunity to demonstrate collaborative leadership by working across teams and locations in North America, fostering a culture of inclusivity and innovation within the financial and project management domains.
Documentation and Lessons Learned:Identifying and documenting lessons learned from terms and conditions, performance, and financial aspects, contributing to organizational learning and improvements.
You will have:
Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance, Master of Science or similar
3-5 years of related experience
Experience in the ICT industry preferred
Customer and market insight as well as negotiation skills
Leadership experience
In addition, we believe you have:
Passion about bringing your ideas to the table
Keen interest to learn and to broaden experience
Ability to collaborate, engage with and mobilize the organization to secure results
Ability to dig into the details when needed to resolve critical issues
Solid communication skills and proficiency in English
