About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Equal Employment Opportunity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EEODI) Data Program Manager to lead and support data-driven strategies for our EEODI initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in statistical analysis and data management and will drive insights to help shape our organization's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and assess programs that support our EEODI objectives, using tools like SPSS, Stata, or CISPro to guide data analysis and strategic planning. This is a fully remote pert time position (960 hours to use before 9/1/2025).
\n Responsibilities:Program Management & DevelopmentLead the design, implementation, and monitoring of EEODI programs across the organization.Collaborate with stakeholders to align EEODI data initiatives with organizational goals, promoting data transparency and accountability.Manage the lifecycle of data projects, including planning, execution, reporting, and evaluation.Data Analysis & ReportingCollect, organize, and analyze EEODI-related data from multiple sources.Utilize statistical tools such as SPSS, Stata, or CISPro to conduct in-depth analysis and provide actionable insights.Develop metrics and dashboards to monitor and report on key EEODI performance indicators.Stakeholder CollaborationPartner with HR, recruitment, and department leads to drive data-informed strategies that support EEODI goals.Serve as a data subject matter expert, advising stakeholders on best practices and interpretations of findings.Compliance & Best PracticesEnsure data practices comply with legal requirements, confidentiality policies, and data integrity standards.Stay updated with industry trends, research, and developments in EEODI data management.
