Responsibilities
• Design, develop and test electrical sub-systems and components• Write detailed design specifications and test plans• Develop drawings and wiring diagrams• Set-up and describe test specifications for controls• Work with suppliers and colleagues on development• Support production and problem-solving• Specify new components and micro-controllers• Ensure compliance with marketing specifications and regulations
Requirements
• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering• Experience in Electrical Engineering, preferably in manufacturing• Motor drive experience is preferred• Solid knowledge of engineering design software• Experience with software programs for micro-controller based electronic controls• Ability to write technical reports and complete documentation• Detail-oriented with outstanding communication and organizational skills• Self-motivated and hands-on
