Calling on Clinical Fellows and ASHA-certified Speech-Language Pathologists based in St. Cloud, MN! Soliant is working with a local school and seeks applicants to serve as K-5 SLPs for upcoming school year. Requirements: In addition to their Minnesota SLP license, candidates must also have an active PELSB certificate (tier 2, 3 or 4) in order to work in a school setting. Clinical Fellows typically qualify for a tier 2 SLP certificate. As an SLP in an education setting, applicants will: Assess students referred forpossible speech and language needs. Provide individual and/or group therapy sessions for students with identified speech and language disorders. Develop individualized education plans and present them to parents, school administrators, and others involved with student evaluations. Consult with teachers, counselors, parents, nurses, and administrators on speech and language concerns. Maintain accurate records for all students on the caseload. Provide reports of a students progress to parents. Organize student caseload and develop a schedule for each assigned school. Develop resource materials for use in speech and language development.
