You will also manage several internal-facing channels, support creating impactful and engaging content, and develop and execute infrastructure and processes as we scale.The ideal candidate for this role will have deep experience in employee communications and the ability to craft clear, compelling, and concise content across various channels. They should have a sharp eye for detail and have a knack for communicating complex ideas simply. They should also have a proven track record of leading and delivering on multiple projects at once under tight deadlines.In this role, you will....Manage the internal channel strategy and employee communications editorial roadmap.Manage our corporate newsletter, Intranet, internal speaker series, event communications and content, and internal crisis communication. The salary range for this position is $116,000 to $164,000. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance.
