Our client, a prestigious global law firm is seeking an Attorney Engagement Specialist to join their growing team.
This role will focus on supporting attorney engagement initiatives, professional development programs, and process improvements.
The ideal candidate will have 3-10 years of experience in a law firm setting, with a strong emphasis on attorney engagement and professional development.
This is a highly visible position, requiring excellent communication skills, as the individual will frequently interact with senior management and attorneys.
Responsibilities Include: Supporting attorney engagement efforts by assisting with the coordination of training and professional development programsCollaborating with the Attorney Development team to ensure smooth onboarding for new and lateral hires, including bar licensure complianceManaging data related to attorney development, and providing regular updates on professional development activities and engagement initiativesAssisting in developing and improving processes related to attorney engagement, leveraging technology and data management toolsCommunicating with attorneys to facilitate bar compliance and professional development obligations, particularly in Washington, DC, and VirginiaSupporting continuous process improvements and recommending technology upgrades to streamline professional development effortsManaging paperwork and compliance for departing attorneys Requirements: 3-10 years of experience in a professional development or attorney engagement role, ideally from a law firmProven experience working directly with attorneys and senior management in a fast-paced environment
