At Claritas Rx, our Engagement Managers play a leading role in facilitating internal project management for standard data onboarding activities on our customer programs. You will join our Implementation department and focus on the "Delivery" side of our work. Typical activities include meeting scheduling, customer and data partner request acknowledgement and follow ups, and internal project coordination between our business analyst and engineering teams. Engagement Managers work as part of a team on customer projects and typically get involved at the beginning of our new customer workstreams. Engagement Managers are responsible for interfacing directly with our customers and data partners to obtain data specifications, facilitate requirements gathering conversations, and resolve problems by involving the appropriate Claritas Rx team members. Our Engagement Managers are highly organized and adept at project coordination, are learning-oriented and enjoy coaching and collaborating with other team members to solve a variety of business problems.
Key Accountabilities Own the data onboarding project plan for 3-5 new Claritas Rx customers, depending on project size.Serve as a primary point-of-contact for data partners during the implementation phase for meeting scheduling and triaging of questions and requests. Post launch, the primary point of contact will transition to the data operations team.Develop and refine the data onboarding project plan for our customer engagements with input from customer, data partner and Claritas Rx teams.Work closely with internal Claritas Rx team members, including Customer Success Directors, Solutions Architects and Business Analysts to develop timelines and organize updates for delivery to internal and external stakeholders.Cascade updates to internal and external stakeholders, flagging risks and issues as necessary.Track progress of back-end activities related to data onboarding (e.g. data spec reviews, JIRA tickets for data ingestion) with Business Analyst and Engineering teams.Develop standards and best practices for new customer implementations, including documentation, and recommendations for supporting tools and technologies.Conduct internal "lessons learned" following completion of implementation phase to ensure we continue to identify areas for improvement.Who You AreEducation/Experience: Required: Enjoy working with others and collaboratingSelf starter who has strong organizational and communication skillsPassion and determination about our platform solutions and our customer's successExcellent organization and communication skills to engage with key customer and data partner stakeholdersPrior experience working with technical teams to deliver productsFamiliarity with project management best practices and tools (e.g. Smartsheet, JIRA/Confluence)Preferred: 5+ years of experience in a commercial capacity at a pharma/biotech manufacturer; a health tech start-up; or a healthcare consulting role5+ years of prior work experience in a customer engagement or program management role, with experience in a broad range of delivery methods including agile methodologies.Join UsWe are seeking to add new expertise and perspective to our strong team of experienced professionals.
