Requirements
• Knowledge of technical engineering requirements• Cost estimation and budgeting skills• Technical proposal writing skills• Project management skills• B.S. Degree in Engineering desired or equivalent work experience• Ten (10) years experience in engineering, procurement and construction projects• Professional Engineering (PE) Certification desirable
