Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engineering Program Manager (EPM) or Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a strong background in machine learning and large language models (LLMs). In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative machine learning solutions that enhance our products and services. Description: - Drive and ship large, multi-functional programs and feature areas - Lead all aspects of multiple concurrent features including scope, requirements, timelines, and prioritization - Day-to-day will include program managing, execution, risk assessments, in order to meet the overall program goals - Foster collaboration across a broad team of cross-functional partners to formulate roadmap and manage intake pipeline - Help set the strategy and communicate status and issues to stakeholders at all levels - Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Data Science, QA, Legal, Finance, Privacy, Anti-Fraud, Business Operations and other organizations to develop and improve suite of features Additional Skills & Qualifications: Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and logical structuring abilities Ability to turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous input into solid action plans Consistent track record of shipping complex customer-facing and backend engineering projects under demanding timelines Strong facilitation skills (requirements sessions, design meetings, progress and status meetings) Best-in-class communication and presentation skills (written & verbal) to all levels of an organization About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
