Engineering Program Manager

Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engineering Program Manager (EPM) or Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a strong background in machine learning and large language models (LLMs). In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative machine learning solutions that enhance our products and services.
** - Drive and ship large, multi-functional programs and feature areas
- Lead all aspects of multiple concurrent features including scope, requirements, timelines, and prioritization
- Day-to-day will include program managing, execution, risk assessments, in order to meet the overall program goals
- Foster collaboration across a broad team of cross-functional partners to formulate roadmap and manage intake pipeline
- Help set the strategy and communicate status and issues to stakeholders at all levels
- Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Data Science, QA, Legal, Finance, Privacy, Anti-Fraud, Business Operations and other organizations to develop and improve suite of features

Ability to turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous input into solid action plans
Consistent track record of shipping complex customer-facing and backend engineering projects under demanding timelines
Strong facilitation skills (requirements sessions, design meetings, progress and status meetings)
Best-in-class communication and presentation skills (written & verbal) to all levels of an organization
