Engineering Project Coordinator

HumCap's client, an electronics design and manufacturing business, is searching for a Project Coordinator to join their team.
This individual is responsible for daily order entry, customer communication, and project coordination in an electronics manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Verify customer order information for accuracy against previously obtained dataMaintain and monitor project plans and schedulesProvide regular project status updates to customersReceive and respond to customer requests promptlyAttend and participate in stakeholder meetings, following up on action items as neededLiaise with production and engineering departments to ensure project deadlines are metProvide administrative support as requiredDevelop project strategiesAssess project risks and issues, providing solutions where applicableEnsure all project requirements are met and documentation is maintained appropriately for each project Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in an office or customer service environment responding to customer inquiriesExperience in a manufacturing environment or PCB assembly preferredExceptional verbal, written, and presentation skillsAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamProficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook Skills and Competencies:
Strong organizational and time management skillsExcellent problem-solving abilitiesAttention to detailAbility to multitask and prioritize effectivelyStrong interpersonal skills
