Superside is looking for a motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing US Field Sales team. As one of the first members of this team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our sales processes and laying the groundwork for future growth. Reporting to our VP Sales & Revenue, you'll lead the sales process for large mid-market and enterprise customers. You'll demonstrate how Superside stands out from integrated agencies, highlighting our unique value to our customers.
\n What you'll doProactively prospect and engage with some of the world's largest companies, showcasing Superside's tailored design solutions based on each lead's unique needsDevelop and convert opportunities by leveraging both self-sourced leads and support from the Business Development teamClearly communicate Superside's strengths and differentiators from integrated agencies, positioning us as a valuable partnerMaintain a strong sales pipeline in Salesforce, managing a mix of fast-moving and long-term opportunities while providing regular sales forecastsCollaborate with the Customer Success and Creative Project Management teams to identify opportunities for expansion and upselling within existing accountsManage complex procurement processes (RFI, RFQ, RFP) with large corporations Stay informed about the competitive landscape and Superside's products, ensuring you can effectively differentiate our offeringsContribute to the growth of the sales team and the broader go-to-market strategy, including participating in sales training and customer care initiatives What you'll need to succeedPreferably a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a Master's degree or above being a plus5+ years of field sales experience, specifically selling creative services to marketing and creative teams at mid-market or enterprise organizationsProven ability to self-source new business opportunities and pipelinesFamiliarity with the operations of integrated agencies and their needsExceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to deliver compelling sales pitches to executive-level stakeholdersProficiency in creating and delivering engaging presentations tailored to customer needsA passion for design and interest in shaping the "future of work"Strong collaboration skills, with a self-driven, methodical approach to achieving sales targetsFlexibility to travel (approximately 30%) for customer meetings and prospect engagements
