Enterprise Capture ManagerKey Role: Identify and win executable business for Government clients through applying expertise across the business development life cycle, from opportunity qualification through strategic capture and proposal development. Leverage senior-level leadership and extensive community relationships within an industry based in defense and government clients. Lead capture for complex and technical bids, including identifying and comprehending clients' requirements and buying patterns, developing complex technical solution options, and building a differentiated team that can deliver client impact through a winning bid. Drive market-based competitive intelligence, market assessments, client assessments, and strategic planning efforts in support of expanding specific client-based opportunity portfolios and pipeline. Manage key stakeholder relationships, keep the business leadership team informed, and engage in advancing strategic partnerships with clients and industry partners.
Basic Qualifications: 3+ years of experience leading large captures and developing complex technical solutions supporting bids for DoD and Civilian clients in excess of $250MExperience with the direct management of complex solutions and development capture efforts for defense community and government clientsExperience with successful execution of all phases of a large and multi-year capture effort, including strategic planning, teaming, proposals, market, or competitive and price-to-win analysesExperience briefing senior executives and Government clientsAbility to demonstrate strong leadership throughout the capture process for internal and external stakeholdersAbility to obtain a security clearanceBachelor's degreeAdditional Qualifications: 3+ years of experience leading and winning complex Assisted Acquisition Service, such as FEDSIM or GSA Regional captures and driving proposal submissionsExperience with developing and maintaining effective internal and external business relationships with clients and industry partnersAbility to show expertise in the business development life cycle and solution selling methodologiesAbility to communicate multi-step and interdependent activities effectively to capture teams and ensure efficient execution of captured effortsClearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

The projected compensation range for this position is $110,100.00 to $250,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
