EQ Co-Op and Summer Intern Program Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and meticulous Sophomores, Juniors and rising Seniors for either Co-Ops and/or Summer Interns within the Enterprise Quality organization.
We work on a "hybrid model".
This means that you will be asked to report on site three (3) times a week and can work remotely two (2) times a week.
If you are selected for an internship or Co-Op position, you will work directly with your manager as your start date approaches to confirm your exact schedule.
This position offers a valuable opportunity for hands-on experience in analyzing business data, supporting decision-making processes, and contributing to data-driven strategies across various Enterprise Quality Functions.
The ideal candidate will assist in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to help our organization make informed decisions.
Below are a few examples of the types of experiences you can expect:
Digital Product Analysis: Understand and analyze end-to-end business processes and translate needs into digital solutions by building out product backlogs in the form of user stories.Data Collection & Management: Assist in collecting, cleaning, and preparing datasets for analysis from various sources such as databases, APIs, and spreadsheets.Data Analysis: Perform statistical analysis and data mining to identify patterns, correlations, and insights in business data.Reporting: Develop visualizations and dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel to communicate data findings to key stakeholders.Support Decision-Making: Assist in analyzing data to support business decisions and pivotal initiatives.Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including QA-Ops, JJRC, finance and operations to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.Not only will you have the ability to develop your analytical skills through on-the-job assignments.

For consideration in the EQ Co-Op and/or Summer 2025 Internship program, you must meet the following requirements:
Permanent US work authorization without the need for sponsorship now, or in the future (F1, H1B, CPT, OPT or STEM OPT require sponsorship in future).Enrollment (not necessarily taking classes) in an accredited college/university during the Co-op/Internship - Required.Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework.Be currently enrolled and pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in science, communications, regulatory compliance, quality, finance, data science, computer science, mathematics, statistics, economics, engineering, or technology related field.Basic proficiency in data analysis tools: Python, R, or SQL.Ability to clearly present data findings and interpretations to both technical and non-technical partners.Ability to break down challenging problems into manageable components and derive actionable insights.Understanding of statistical concepts such as regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and data distributions.Ability to work through challenges logically and deliver solutions efficiently.By start date, student must be considered an undergraduate sophomore or aboveMaster's students must have earned undergraduate degree on or after May 2024Ability to provide their own transportation to this location and to/from work every day.Ability to work full time (40 hours a week) for the whole term.
Planned dates of May 19 - August 15, 2025.Commit to a May 2025 internship start date.Proven leadership and/or participation in campus/community service activities is preferred.Technical Degrees:
The anticipated base pay for this position is Sophomore $25.00/hr, Junior $26.00/hr, Senior $28.00/hr, Master's degree $33/hr.
Business Degrees:
The anticipated base pay for this position is Sophomore $22.00/hr, Junior $23.00/hr, Senior $24.00/hr, Master's degree $30.00/hr.
